The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and evolve the Verve brand across every digital touchpoint. This is a hands‐on role with real ownership. You'll be supported by a Head of Marketing with creating a social media and marketing strategy that you can bring to life, manage execution across multiple channels, work with our buyers agents and grow an engaged audience that connects with the business.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage Verve's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) end‐to‐end, from content planning through to publishing and community management.
* Plan, film, and edit short‐form and long‐form video content using tools like CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro or similar.
* Design static posts, carousels, and branded assets in Canva or equivalent.
* Plan and execute Meta ad campaigns (video and static), managing budgets, creative, and performance reporting.
* Coach and collaborate with buyers agents on their personal content and thought leadership, developing their on‐camera presence and voice.
* Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Verve ahead of the curve.
* Report on performance metrics and translate data into clear insights and actions.
* Work cross‐functionally with the Head of Marketing and broader team to align content with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency or in‐house).
* Confident video content creator – filming, directing, and editing to a professional standard.
* Hands‐on Meta Ads experience: campaign setup, creative testing, optimisation, and reporting.
* Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for static and carousel content.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Excellent written communication skills and a natural feel for on‐brand copy.
* Collaborative and energetic, with the ability to work effectively in a small, fast‐moving team.
