Responsibilities :
Comprehensive Assessments and Reports
* NDIS Reports
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan of all cultural backgrounds
* Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care
* Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities
* Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards
* Create therapy plans for Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistants to follow & manage their progress
* Train the next generation of Speech Pathologists in our AHA role
Qualifications and Requirements :
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
* Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients
* Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
* Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care
* Current Working with Children Check
* National Police Clearance
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
* Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
* ABN
