Job Title: People & Culture Business Partner Contract: 6-month contract Rate: $850 - $1,000 per day super Role Overview: This role partners with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives aligned to business objectives. It provides expert advice across workforce planning, organisational design, and change management to build leadership capability and a high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior stakeholders Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design initiatives Support and manage organisational change and transformation Identify and mitigate workforce risks and capability gaps Deliver insights and reporting to inform business decisions Key Skills & Experience: Proven HR business partnering experience in complex environments Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced settings Experience in workforce strategy, change management, and organisational development Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience required
