Job Title: Disability Support Worker
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing person-centred care to people with disabilities.
The daily routines of this job may vary, but they will always involve assisting clients with their daily tasks and supporting their medical needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience, a valid driver's license, and current police checks.
Other essential skills include empathy, flexibility, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:

* Accompanying clients on outings and activities
* Supporting clients' medical needs
You must also have the right to live and work in Australia, and a reliable vehicle would be an advantage. The ability to self-supervise and remain calm under pressure is critical in this role.
