Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of quality employment coaching services across NSW/ACT, ensuring alignment with team goals and customer SLAs.
* Cultivate top talent through targeted development initiatives, maximizing performance and engagement.
* Prioritize business activities effectively, achieving targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
* E nsure timely, accurate service delivery, meeting legislative requirements and Konekt standards.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including coaching, developing individuals, and influencing teams.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or a related field.
* Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and case management, with the ability to drive team progress.
* A proven track record of customer management and development, driving new sales opportunities.
* Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
* Exceptional organizational skills, confidence in managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
