Role Overview:
A forward-thinking Communications Lead will play a key role in shaping ASIC's vision for a fair, strong and efficient financial system.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the regulator's mission by developing and implementing external communication strategies that align with consumer-focused priorities.
* Collaborate with media, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that drive meaningful impact.
* Manage media activities, enquiries, and proactive opportunities to ensure strategic goals are met.
* Develop and deliver impactful consumer communication content, including media releases, articles, and digital assets.
About You:
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media, public relations, or a related discipline, with 6–8 years' experience in communications, media, or PR (including digital and social media).
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated success in leading and executing external communication strategies from concept to delivery.
* Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape and ability to create engaging content that secures media coverage.
* Experience in financial services or regulation is highly regarded.
