Accounts Officer Role
This role involves managing financial accounts and ensuring the accurate preparation of general ledgers. The successful candidate will have experience with Oracle and Tropics, as well as strong accounting skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing general ledgers for month end and processing journals
* Reconciling cash in advance and bank statements
* Generating daily cash flow reports
* Escalating system errors to supervisors
* Processing commission refunds and reconciling bank statements
* Assisting with accounts payable data entry and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a passion for travel, and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment.
