We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team as Food & Beverage Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of the Food & Beverage Outlet.
Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing F&B quality, engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity.
You will manage the overall functions of the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff.
Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar.
Relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, First Aid) are a plus.
Australian work rights.
