The role of Programmes Coordinator Lead involves overseeing the delivery of departmental and programme service coordination for individuals on the post-sentence scheme under the Serious Offenders Act 2018.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the full lifecycle of projects to meet departmental objectives, including analysis, implementation, project management, and monitoring and evaluation.
* Provide authoritative advice to stakeholders and prepare reports on complex matters.
* Complete and review Coordinated Services Plans consistent with established standards and requirements.
The position requires collaboration across the department, funded agencies, and interdepartmentally to contribute to coordinated services plans, provide education and support to DFFH and Health funded and delivered services, and facilitate the development of solutions for service access challenges.
