Digital PR Producer

We are seeking a Digital PR Producer to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager (Owned & Earned Media).
This role plays a critical part in executing our off-page SEO and Digital PR strategy across all Global Torrens Education-owned and earned web properties.
This is a hands-on role combining digital PR, SEO, content marketing and online reputation management, with a strong focus on authority building, backlink acquisition, brand visibility and emerging AI-driven search (GEO/GenAI) optimisation.
This is a full-time, permanent role, for a successful candidate based on Surry Hills, Sydney.
This role allows hybrid working opportunities, with 3 days working from home.
Salary for this role will be between 85K and 90K based upon experience, job description requirements and cultural alignment to the organisation.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact digital PR campaigns that improve organic visibility, increase authoritative backlinks, and strengthen brand presence across search, social and third-party platforms.
Monitor and interpret online reputation signals across reviews, forums and education platforms.
May require work outside standard business hours at peak times.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years' experience in SEO, Digital PR, digital marketing, journalism, media and editorial experience.
Experience with SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic or similar.
Familiarity with social listening tools.
Experience analysing performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Skills & Capability
Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into action.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and agency partners.
Additional Information
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney.
Hybrid working: 3 days working from home.
Salary: 85K-90K per annum.
