What's the Role:
Join our Date Engineering Platform as the Solution Engineering Lead. The Solution Engineering Lead will guide a cross-functional team of data engineers and analysts across onshore and offshore locations. This role is central to delivering high-impact data solutions that support the UNITE program, drive business outcomes, and pioneer agentic AI innovation.
The Role:
* Drive engineering excellence across onshore/offshore hubs, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.
* Partner with product owners, architects, and managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
* Oversee design, code reviews, production readiness, and zero-defect releases.
* Build robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, Azure Synapse, and Informatica with strong governance.
* Implement agentic AI for automation, code generation, and productivity enhancements.
* Translate complex technical issues into clear business language for senior leadership
* Align engineering outputs with transformation objectives, including simplification, regulatory uplift, and platform modesnization.
What do I need?
* Extensive experience in data architecture, solution design, engineering, and analytics across distributed teams.
* Skilled in Python, SQL, Informatica, Unix, Control-M, Azure, Snowflake, and data architecture principles.
* Hands on involvement in large scale initiatives like UNITE, including testing, migration, and regulatory uplift.
* Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and influence stakeholders.
* Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation tools.
* Strong understanding of production environments, release management, incident prevention, and navigating governance forums.
