Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist
Konekt is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.

* Assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations through evidence-based practice.
* Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
* Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise.
* Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
* Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
* Conduct functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
* Communicate effectively with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
* Manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP).
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
