As a Content Creator, you play a key role in bringing our customers brands to life through engaging and results- driven content. You are responsible for creating and executing content across social media, eDMs, websites, digital advertising and other marketing channels, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with the broader campaign objective and business goals.

You balance creativity with commercial thinking, producing content that not only looks good but performs. By staying across trends, platforms and best practice, you will help PIER deliver clear and inspiring work that builds trust and confidence with our customers.

Key duties

Content Creation & Execution

* Create quality content for use on multiple platforms, including social media posts, eDMs, digital advertising assets and website content.
* Develop written and visual content that aligns with customer brand guidelines, tone of voice and overall objectives.
* Design advertising artwork and digital assets for paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Display.
* Produce basic video, motion or animated content where required (e.g. reels, short-form video, simple animations).
* Maintain content libraries and ensure assets are well-organised and easily accessible. This includes support with planning and executing photo and video shoots where required.

Social Media

* Plan, create, gain approval and schedule organic social media content across various platforms.
* Ensure content is optimised for each platform, including format, copy length and visual style.
* Monitor engagement and performance, identifying opportunities to improve reach and interaction.
* Support community engagement activities, including responding to comments and messages where required.
* Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and best practice.

eDMs & Campaign Support

* Create engaging eDM content, including copy, layout and visual assets across various CRM systems.
* Support campaign rollouts by delivering content aligned to the broader strategy.
* Ensure content is accurate, compliant and tested prior to delivery.
* Collaborate with the wider team to meet timelines and deliverables.

Collaboration

* Work closely with the Digital and Marketing teams to execute strategies effectively.
* Take creative direction and feedback constructively, refining content to meet objectives.
* Contribute ideas and creative input to campaign planning and content ideation.
* Take responsibility to ensure your tasks are delivered accurately and on time.

Customer service

* Provide efficient, effective and professional support for all customers.
* Understand NPS (net promoter score) and its use in developing a customer-centric approach.

Capabilities and strengths

* Strong content writing skills across digital channels, professional copywriting experience is advantageous.
* Ability to take well shot, engaging video and photographic content.
* Solid design capability using the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Proficient understanding of social media platforms, content best practice and trending functionality.
* Experience using AI tools to support content ideation, copy drafting and creative development, with the ability to refine to ensure all outputs are high-quality and accurate.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
* Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
* Creative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Experience

* Have 2+ years' experience in content creation.
* Experience developing paid digital content is not vital, but an advantage.
