FreshFood manufactures and markets some of Australia's most trusted coffee and beverage brands, including Robert Timms, Bushells, Picco, Europa and Café Bar.
We are seeking an experienced Export Administrator to join our team, based at our manufacturing facility in Concord.
This role supports both our Export business and our Industrial channel, where coffee is supplied as an ingredient to other manufacturing customers such as iced coffee, biscuits, cakes and related food and beverage products.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administration, coordination and execution of customer orders across domestic industrial customers and international export markets.
Key Responsibilities
Export Administration
* Coordinate end-to-end export orders from receipt through to shipment and delivery
* Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers and internal supply chain teams
* Prepare, lodge and follow up all required export documentation, certificates and online submissions
* Ensure compliance with country-specific export and regulatory requirements
* Act as a key point of contact for international customers regarding orders, documentation and timelines
Industrial Channel
* Process and manage customer orders, and delivery schedules
* Liaise with internal stakeholders including production, planning, quality and logistics
* Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing data in internal systems
* Assist with customer queries, product specifications and documentation as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Export Administrator, Sales Coordinator or similar FMCG role
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation and order management
* Experience working with freight forwarders, transport providers and logistics partners
* Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
* A proactive, organised and hands-on approach within a team environment
