HR Partners is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation in the FMCG/ retail sector to recruit a skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary 3 month opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce. The successful candidate will be working across a variety of roles, mostly corporate permanent positions.


About the Role


As a TA Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, responsible for managing critical administrative and organisational tasks, including:


Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule interviews (both virtual and in-person) between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, managing complex calendars effectively.
* Handle all logistical aspects of the interview process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate and interviewer experience.
* Manage and track all necessary compliance reporting throughout the hiring process.
* Initiate and monitor background checks for successful candidates, ensuring timely and compliant completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Conduct the initial cull and review of applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
* Perform initial candidate phone screens for junior roles, assessing basic skills, cultural fit, and motivation before presenting to the hiring team.
* Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering administrative questions promptly and professionally.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and new hire documentation.


What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or HR/Recruitment support role.
* Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone and email demeanor.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
