SalesPond Group is dedicated to identifying and scaling a variety of B2B businesses. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin and HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Sydney HQ. This role is pivotal in supporting our administrative functions and human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- HR Support:
- Maintain employee records and keep HR databases up to date.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organise training sessions and HR-related events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in both HR and general administrative duties.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
