Residential Aged Care Business CoordinatorERH is seeking a suitable Business Coordinator to join our Aged Care Facility – Glanville Village.
This newly created role supports and streamlines business functions across Residential Aged Care services.OverviewERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council.
Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.
ERH provides a comprehensive range of acute, medical, surgical and sub-acute services plus residential aged care and a broad range of community healthcare services.

Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development.ResponsibilitiesOversee financial processes related to residential aged care services and other clinical services, including billing, funding, reporting obligations, audit support and related documentationCollaborate with the NUM Residential Aged Care to support the resident admissions process, including respite placements and waiting list managementLiaise with residents, families and government bodies regarding financial arrangements, admission/ discharge documentation and accurate financial assessments and funding outcomesMonitor and report on financial performance, occupancy and key metrics in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Residential and Clinical Services and the Financial AccountantEnsure effective use of financial systems and records including billing, Resident Trust, Petty Cash, TriOnline database and admission documentationParticipate in mandatory meetings as requiredQualifications/ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in administration or business operations and/or tertiary qualificationProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of Commonwealth Aged Care financial systems (e.g., accounting, billing and invoicing)Experience in Aged Care or HealthWorking for ERHERH offers a supportive and inclusive culture with opportunities for growth and development, and a range of benefits:Generous salary packaging opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsExperienced and supportive leadersStaff health and wellbeing programsOpportunities to broaden skills and advance your careerIndependent Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyFree onsite parkingFree staff vaccinationsApplications close 22 September 2025.
