Customer Service Consultant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, including receiving and resolving escalations from external customers, field staff, field coordinators, and incident managers.
* Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on operations, maintenance, or technical business environments
* Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to write and communicate service and operational instructions, reports, and incident debriefs
The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvements within the Operations Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and resolve escalations from external customers, field staff, field coordinators, and incident managers
* Monitor the performance of client assets and identify potential faults
* Allocate service, fault, and maintenance requests in accordance with established business rules
* Provide effective responses to assist in the identification, response, and recovery to incidents and emergencies
