Competitive Salary and Benefits
* Salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 per annum (NG7)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14 %–17.5 % loading
* 12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation

About Your Opportunity
The Nurse Unit Manager provides leadership in planning, coordination, management and delivery of nursing services within the facility. The role is responsible for effective management of human, financial and material resources within delegated responsibilities and accountable cost centres.
The Nurse Unit Manager provides clinical and operational leadership to the Clinical Nurse Educator and Nurse Manager, while reporting directly to the Director of Nursing. The role also works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary management team to support person‐centred service delivery, continuous improvement and positive organisational outcomes.

* Possession of class C drivers' licence.
* This is a vaccine preventable disease (VPD) risk role.
