Role Overview
Lead ICT disaster recovery across critical University systems and shape resilience, continuity and knowledge management practices. Salary of $156,277 + 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, coordination, documentation and testing of ICT disaster recovery plans.
* Maintain and improve the ICT DR Framework, aligned to business continuity, cybersecurity, risk and compliance requirements.
* Work with system owners, vendors and ICT teams to ensure DR capability is embedded across critical applications, cloud services and supplier arrangements.
* Develop knowledge management practices, standards and frameworks across platforms such as ServiceNow, Confluence or SharePoint.
* Provide reporting, briefings and advice to senior stakeholders, governance forums and executive committees.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience managing ICT DR, service continuity or resilience programs.
* Strong understanding of ICT operations, infrastructure, applications, cloud services and how they support enterprise resilience.
* Experience with ITSM processes, particularly Incident Management and Major Incident Management, ideally within an ITIL environment.
* Ability to manage DR program including scope of work, schedules, testing, reporting, governance packs, vendor follow‐up and recovery performance measures.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, senior leaders and vendors.
* Knowledge management experience is a big plus.
