Description Create your best future and join Westpac as a Technical Lead What’s the role? The purpose of this position is to lead the mortgage migration program as part of UNITE. You will be participating in all the architectural and design workshops as well as supporting with the implementation of the migration. You will be expected to be communication complex solutions with technical leaders and business stakeholders and will be providing engineering advice and recommendations. Your responsibilities will include providing technical input to the strategic direction of the investments and mitigate any impacts of technology dependencies on solution delivery. What do I need? We are seeking well rounded, technical individuals who have a good grasp of Oracle DB and SQL Server. You should be an experience tech leader and be able to partner with the wider business. You should have the below skills/ experience: Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Java, and WebLogic Familiarity with Middleware technologies is also essential and it would be great if you have experience with PowerBuilder and knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk Ability to lead technology or project teams effectively An understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks is important to have Why join us?
