Offer description

For Sales Representatives or Account Managers to drive sales growth and client engagement in apparel and promotional product distribution for a leading national supplier. A permanent full-time role within a supportive and autonomous work environment.

Requirements

* Permanent Resident visa, valid driver's licence, demonstrated sales success.
* Salary guide: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, exceeding $150,000+ OTE for high performers.
* Location: Melbourne metropolitan area

Responsibilities

* Managing and expanding an existing wholesale client portfolio within Victoria
* Developing new distributor and reseller relationships to increase market share.
* Conducting regular in-person client visits across assigned territories, including Melbourne and WA regions.
* Promoting a comprehensive catalogue of apparel products and customised order solutions.
* Coordinating with internal teams on special orders and managing production timelines efficiently.
* Preparing tailored sales quotes, maintaining accurate CRM records, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

This Sales Representative role requires a self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in a field-based capacity. You will be pivotal in growing territory sales through established wholesale accounts and new business development in industries such as uniform resellers, apparel distributors, and promotional supply companies. You will be supported by a Melbourne-based office for order processing and logistics, equipped with company resources including a laptop, mobile phone, and comprehensive product training. Flexibility is key, with the ability to work remotely while maintaining frequent client interactions.
