Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, and rebuild products according to specifications. Identify and troubleshoot issues with design or components, following internal reporting processes. Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. Supervise team members and support a collaborative, high morale workplace. Requirements Minimum two years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Fully competent in mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Engineering qualification in mechanical or similar discipline. Demonstrated ability to work safely, with a strong focus on quality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Valid driver’s license and forklift licence (preferred). Available for site-based work in Willawong, Queensland, in a physically active role.
