Supplier Management Role
Liaising with contractors and suppliers, you will acquire, negotiate, and procure services and consumables essential to meeting customer needs. You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient engagement of third-party suppliers and maintain strong data integrity in systems.
This permanent full-time opportunity involves working within the Supply Management team, which includes:
1. Working across internal functions (coordination, scheduling) and directly with suppliers to action requests.
2. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers to develop and maintain positive relationships.
3. Monitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations to ensure delivery of quality products and services on time.
4. Managing the resolution of supplier issues in a timely manner.
5. Contributing to the development and maintenance of a brokerage matrix to support service delivery.
6. Reviewing purchase orders to ensure finance approvals are in place.
7. Receiving and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy against agreed terms of service.
8. Ensuring all data entry processes are followed and compliant with business requirements.
9. Striving for quality improvements and cost containment while ensuring business needs are met.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of operational business processes to ensure maximum efficiencies.
