Main Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
* Inspire clients through the power of storytelling, conveying passion for luxury products and brands
* Provide expert knowledge on product, fashion, and styling to enhance client interactions
* Elevate the client experience by ensuring a seamless journey: from initial engagement to sale and beyond
* Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of after-sales services
* Contribute to daily store operations, upholding luxury standards in both front and back-of-house areas, including inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance when required
* Foster a positive work environment and team collaboration
