Role Overview
An Executive Assistant is required to provide administrative support to a senior team member.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the daily schedule of the senior team member, including email management and calendar coordination.
* Assisting with property listing preparation, including contracts, marketing schedules, vendor communications, compliance, and database updates.
* Coordinating team meetings, tracking tasks, and ensuring follow-through across projects.
* Preparing reports, marketing materials, and documentation as required.
