Key Responsibilities:
">
* Develop, implement, and evaluate Positive Behaviour Support Plans to support the development of children and young people in our care.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
* Develop a thorough working knowledge of the CARE and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) models to deliver training as required.
* Advocate and lead ethical, evidence-informed therapeutic practice, in alignment with legislation, professional standards, organisational policy, and the CARE and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) models.

Skills & Experience
">
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or other related discipline.
* Current registration or eligibility for registration with the professional body relevant to your qualification.
* Experience using evidence-based assessment tools with young people with trauma-informed behaviour.
