As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
You will work in a supportive and rapid‐paced environment where customer service and teamwork are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
* Take food and beverage orders accurately
* Serve meals and drinks efficiently and professionally
* Set up and clear dining areas
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‐of‐house teams
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
About You
* Previous hospitality or wait staff experience preferred
* Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a rapid‐paced environment
* Reliable and well‐presented
* RSA certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required
