Key Responsibilities
* Monthly reporting, analysis and variance commentary
* Revenue calculations and asset‐level financials
* Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
* Partnering with finance and operational stakeholders
* Supporting improvements to reporting and financial processes
About You
* 3–5 years' experience in Management Accounting or FP&A
* Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
* Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
* Proactive, self‐driven and comfortable working across multiple teams
* Experience in property, funds or asset‐heavy environments beneficial
* CA/CPA qualified or working toward (flexible)
