Job Description
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, prioritizing communication and client satisfaction. The role involves data entry and management of customer invoices and payments, supplier payments and expenses, debt collection process, payables and receivables, bank reconciliations, payroll management, cash flow management, and monthly reporting.
Requirements
* Xero advisor and MYOB-certified with 5+ years book-keeping experience in top-tier or boutique firms.
* Proven ability to manage large multi-entity portfolios unsupervised.
* Service-driven with a capable and confident communication style.
* Able to work in a team cohesively and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining excellent client relationships.
2. Entry and management of customer invoices and payments, as well as supplier payments and expenses.
3. Facilitate the debt collection process, ensure timely payment from customers.
4. Managing payables and receivables, and performing bank reconciliations.
5. Payroll management of multiple clients, including BAS, PAYG, and Superannuation.
6. Cash flow management and projections to ensure smooth financial operations.
7. Monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year reporting to stakeholders.
About You
You must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
