Squad Goals: Lead, coach, mentor, develop, and inspire a team of talented individuals, empowering them to shine Retail Expert: Manage daily operations ensuring the store is welcoming, organized, and full of positive energy Champion of Charm: Resolve customer inquiries with patience and a touch of magic, leaving them with a lasting smile Training and Development: Support onboarding new team members by providing tools and knowledge to delight customers What makes you a Galactic fit?
