Are you a solutions-focused, customer service superstar looking for a pathway with a National organisation? We are seeking individuals who are keen to join a passionate and empathetic team supporting customers experiencing hardship.

Opportunities

* Multiple roles commencing end of April 2026
* Full time hours rostered across Mon-Sat | 8am-9pm
* Significant training, support & development opportunities
* Southern Adelaide Location

YOU

Bring your experience and passion for supporting customer outcomes to this flexible opportunity with one of Australia's leading banking groups. Your empathy, compassion, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will enable you to assist customers through sensitive and challenging situations. Ideally you will also bring:

* High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, adaptable to change
* Empathetic nature and a genuine passion for helping others
* Strong commitment to providing an exemplary customer service experience
* Customer service experience across any industry is welcomed
* Contact centre experience or similar phone environment (desirable, but not essential)

The Role

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience to assist in the delivery of solutions to customers experiencing hardship and in sensitive personal situations.
