Position
As a Sales Representative at Carma you'll be the go‐to guide for customers on their car buying. You'll chat with warm leads coming in through calls, emails, and live chat – no cold calling. Your mission is to build real connections, understand what customers need, and make the whole process feel smooth, simple, and even fun.

* Own every conversation, turning leads into happy customers.
* Ask the right questions to uncover needs, gather key details, and build lasting trust.
* Manage your pipeline like a pro – stay on top of follow‐ups and close deals.
* Tackle roadblocks head‐on using the tools we provide.
* Seal the deal, climb the leaderboard, and watch your commission skyrocket.

* 12+ months of sales experience, ideally in phone‐based or high‐volume environments.
* Quick to learn new systems and processes.
* Target‐driven and loves beating goals.
* Growth mindset – eager to learn, adapt, and take feedback.
* Flexible schedule, willing to rotate roster and work weekends when needed.
* Strong interpersonal skills – connecting, listening, and going the extra mile comes naturally.
