About the Role
* Own end-to-end logistics efficiency, supporting revenue growth and a seamless customer experience.
* Manage end‐to‐end retail logistics, including warehousing, transport, systems, service providers and third parties.
* Plan and coordinate operational activity across logistics and software partners.
* Oversee onsite warehouse and replenishment operations during events.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders, including licensees and suppliers.
* Lead and support the logistics team during events.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in retail or logistics operations, within sports or major events is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and work cross‐functionally.
* Highly organised with strong project‐management capability.
* Robust understanding of the end‐to‐end supply chain.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Pronto or Cognos.
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
* Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
