SENIOR MANAGER, AGENCY PROGRAMS AND DELIVERY – COMMERCIAL – SYDNEY, NSW
About The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful project delivery for the Agency team and implementation of Enterprise projects as it relates to Agencies.
* Oversee the development, prioritisation, and implementation of initiatives aligned with the Agency and Divisional Strategy.
* Manage the Agency activities tracker and work with key stakeholders to develop and prioritise new initiatives, oversee governance program developments and communicate progress to senior leadership
* Manage end‐to‐end delivery of impactful programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
* Develop frameworks for prospecting, onboarding and offboarding programs.
* Create and execute an Agency Value Proposition that supports the overarching Agency Strategy.
* Track and evaluate initiatives against key performance metrics to ensure alignment with the Agency Strategy and Value Proposition.
* Lead team efforts in agency partnership engagement, communication platforms, user access management and public‐facing document compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and strategic initiatives within general insurance. Experience in operations/sales/distribution or underwriting is highly beneficial.
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in project and program management tools and techniques to support efficient program delivery.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred) with extensive experience in strategy development and project management, ideally in the general insurance industry.
* A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
