Wireless IC Leadership Opportunity
Morse Micro seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Radio team in designing, developing, and verifying cutting-edge wireless ICs. The ideal candidate will drive timely delivery of high-quality results while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the design, development, and verification of Morse Micro's wireless ICs, ensuring they meet the highest standards
* Develop and implement strategies for staffing, infrastructure, and processes that support silicon development from conception through tapeout
* Cultivate strong relationships with teams across the organization throughout the design, development, and production phases
* Provide critical support during silicon bring-up and product delivery
Requirements
* Minimum 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a similar role
* At least 15 years of experience in the wireless domain
* Possess an MSc or PhD in Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineering
* Proven track record of taking wireless chips to mass production
* A deep understanding of CMOS transistor operation
* Experience working with TSMC 40nm and 22nm processes
* Expertise in IC design flows from Cadence or Synopsys
