This company is looking for an HR Manager with a Professional Services background to come in and own this role.
An excellent position for a HR Business Partner in a truly versatile role.
A day in the life in this fabulous role will entail
Coaching and guiding managers to achieve the best through and for their people.
Building strong relationships, working closely with the Head of HR, and developing an effective recruitment strategy while also training and identifying opportunities for internal staff to enhance their skills.
Use your abilities to review staff and all HR policies, procedures, and manuals and look for an opportunity to improve.
Advocating cultural initiatives with other leaders in the business.
Coordinating the end-to-end employee life cycle process such as onboarding, offboarding, training, inductions, performance management, remuneration reviews, and engagement surveys.
Maintain Human Resource policies and procedures.
Provide advice, coaching, feedback and support to management.
About you :
You are energic and possess that 'can do' attitude that makes an HR manager the go-to person.
You have five years' experience ideally at HR BP level and confidence in a true generalist role across the entire employee lifecycle.
This is perfect for a professional looking to be engaged in a role that can utilise their knowledge and experience and have real accountability over outcomes.
