Our Technology Solutions team plays a critical role in supporting these services, ensuring high-quality IT operations across the Archdiocese.About The RoleAs a Client Support Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of Archdiocesan staff across hundreds of locations. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will resolve technical issues escalated from the Service Desk, ensure device compliance and security, and contribute to IT projects and system improvements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and provide mentoring to junior analysts, helping to maintain a high standard of customer-focused service delivery.Join a purpose-driven IT team supporting the technology needs of one of Queensland’s largest and most community-focused organisations.What You'll DoProvide advanced technical support for escalated issues.Maintain and support client systems across approx. 400 sites.Ensure devices are patched, secured, and compliant.Participate in projects, hardware deployments, and on-site support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.Create and update knowledgebase documentation.Mentor and guide Service Desk Analysts.What You’ll BringMinimum 2 years’ experience in a client support or service desk roleStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networks, M365, Azure, and VMWareExperience with enterprise environments and service level targets.Solid documentation and communication skillsFamiliarity with ITIL practices and endpoint management toolsWillingness to travel to sites and assist with hands-on support.The Ideal Candidate Will Also:Be self-motivated and process driven.Enjoy working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical users.Be calm under pressure and passionate about great customer service.Align with the Catholic values of respect, integrity, and compassion.Why Work with Us?You’ll be part of a committed, friendly team that supports over 5,000 users across 400+ locations.
