We are looking for a proactive, experienced and well-connected Agent & Promoter to help expand our artists' presence within the live music and entertainment industry. The primary focus of this role is to identify, develop, and secure new performance opportunities, including concerts, festivals, showcases, corporate events, and touring opportunities and grow the local roster of international and domestic artists.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, secure, and develop performance opportunities, including concerts, festivals, showcases, supports, corporate events, private engagements, and touring opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, promoters, booking agents, festival organisers, event producers, and industry stakeholders locally and internationally.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that support artist and company growth.
* Pitch artists to potential festivals and event organisers.
* Assist in developing touring opportunities and routing for local, national, and international engagements.
* Identify and develop opportunities for international artists to tour and perform in Australia.
* Negotiate booking terms and support contracting and event coordination.
* Represent the company and its artists at industry events, showcases, conferences, and networking functions.
About You
* Experience in music promotion, artist representation, management, booking, touring, live events, or a related field.
* Strong industry network and a proven ability to generate bookings and business opportunities.
* Existing relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, presenters, booking agents, or artist managers are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
* Passion for live music, entertainment, and artist development.
