Community Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Ballarat VIC area. The Role
* Deliver evidence-based clinical care in the community through various programs and funding streams, including Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
* Assess and intervene with clients who have complex health conditions or age-related care needs, prescribing assistive aids and equipment, home environment modifications, and support services as needed.
* Support the development and clinical growth of other occupational therapists within the clinical team.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for clients, engaging in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Community or hospital OT experience
* Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
* Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
