Community Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated couple to join our community as full-time live-in role. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our thriving community.
Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns from homeowners
* Collaborating with the wider team to implement strategies that enhance the homeowner experience
* Overseeing the smooth running of the community, ensuring all amenities and services are provided to a high standard
* Organising and facilitating social activities and events to foster a vibrant community atmosphere
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on the community's performance
* Ensuring the community adheres to relevant health, safety, and compliance regulations
Requirements:
* A couple with proven experience in similar roles within hospitality, tourism, or independent living industry
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with homeowners
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with keen eye for detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
