Best & Less has an opportunity for a Full-Time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Emerald store. This role is 38hrs per week with Monday-Friday availability preferred.

As a Team member your role will include
* Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
* Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and teamwork.
* Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
* Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
* Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting
As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:
* 2-3 years' experience in retail in a high volume store (preferred)
* Really passionate about customer experience
* Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
* Eager to learn
* Desire to develop your career in retail
