Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to oversee two volume franchises in their New Car Sales Department. The dealership offers an excellent income potential, job security, and a friendly working environment. The franchises are strong sellers, with the potential for excellent gross profit figures.
This role is hands-on and requires active management; it is not a back-office position. The dealership operates Monday to Saturday, with a five-day workweek and Sundays off.
Applicants should have recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager within a franchised dealership. Strong management, financial, sales, closing, and people skills are essential. The successful candidate will be motivated by customer satisfaction and profitability, and capable of motivating and working alongside sales consultants.
Compensation includes a retainer of approximately $90,000, superannuation, a commission structure, and a car or car allowance. The expected on-target earnings range from $150,000 to $160,000, with potential for higher earnings for top performers.
