A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and skilled Chief Human Resource Officer for a part-time/ contract-based role.
The Fractional CHRO is a strategic HR leadership role combining in-depth expertise with a flexible engagement model to navigate complex HR challenges and to execute strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include HR Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Management (including performance management, leadership development and employee engagement), Operational Oversight, Change Management as well as Special Projects and Advisory Support as required.
• 3-month renewable / rolling contract with milestones / KPI's negotiated at the beginning of each term
• Approximately 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
• Develop, align and execute the HR strategy. Collaborate with CEO and Leadership Team to ensure HR initiatives support short and long-term goals
• Ensure thorough and strategic work force planning that is aligned with growth aspirations
• Champion, embed and refine the company culture and values, promoting values based decision making in all interactions
Talent Acquisition and Management
• Design and execute recruitment and onboarding processes and initiatives to ensure critical roles are filled and the right talent is acquired and retained
• Design and implement frameworks to assess, manage and optimise employee performance
• Design and execute leadership development and training programs across all levels
• Assess and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction satisfaction through agreed initiatives
Operational Oversight
• Design and develop HR policies and processes that comply with regulation. Regularly review and update to reflect best practice.
• Provide advice on competitive and market-driven compensation structures and benchmarks including innovative benefits packages. Lead compensation reporting to the Board
• Track and analyse HR performance indicators to inform decision-making
Change Management
• Lead the People component of change initiative, including mergers, acquisitions and/or restructuring
• Provide consistent and transparent updates to staff during transition, ensuring alignment and minimising resistance Special Projects and Advisory Support
• Present HR insights, strategies and risks to Board Members and Investors as required
• Recommend and oversee implementation of HR technologies to streamline processes and enhance data analytics
• Assist with all People related strategic initiatives (eg: Compensation review, ESOP)
