We are seeking experienced and passionate culinary professionals to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The Bridge Garden Bar and Brighton Hotel Mandurah offer all-day dining 7 days a week, with a classic pub-style menu and street eats. Peak season is approaching, and we need motivated chefs who enjoy challenges and working in busy environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards
* Lead and assist the Head Chef with menu changes, specials, and ideas
* Train and guide other team members, including apprentice chefs
* Maintain current standards and liaise with senior staff
Requirements
* Strong understanding of OH&S practices
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Good initiative, listening skills, and a sense of humour
* Flair and eye for detail, with a passion for creating quality dishes
* Food safety handler certificate and willingness to train apprentice chefs
