Your new role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Underground Mine Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise surveys and providing accurate data to support our mining operations. This is a residential role, offering a balanced 8/6 roster, with accommodation and relocation assistance provided.
o Conduct underground surveys to support mining operations.
o Prepare and maintain accurate survey records and reports.
o Collaborate with the engineering and geology teams to ensure accurate data integration.
o Utilise advanced surveying equipment and software.
o Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
o Provide technical support and guidance to the mining team.
What you'll need to succeed
o Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in underground mine surveying.
o Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Surpac).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
