We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at ClearCompany, a professional services firm that provides investment advice and technology solutions to institutional investors.
The Position
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience, plus superannuation benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate job vacancy advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates for available roles.
* Utilize recruitment services and collaborate with external partners to fill vacant positions within the business, leveraging Jobadder for recruitment profiling.
* Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify top candidates for available roles.
* Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and successful integration into the organization.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws, awards, contracts, and wage systems to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
* Negotiate employment terms, including salaries, contracts, and working conditions, in line with company policies.
* Leverage ELMO-HRIS for performance management, payroll, and personnel engagement.
* Plan, coordinate, and rollout the annual staff survey to foster a positive work culture.
* Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work environment through Culture amp.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or Human Resources.
* A minimum of three years of full-time work experience in recruitment.
* Familiarity with ELMO-HRIS, Jobadder, and Culture amp software.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant employment legislation.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
