Business Support Officer
The role is to provide administrative and operational support to various departments within the organization.
The Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal workflows, data entry, and preparation of reports for business operations.
* Manage correspondence, including emails and letters, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
* Assist with branch financials and cash flow management.
* Manage creditors and debtors effectively.
* Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries and address feedback and/or concerns.
* Support the management of customer accounts.
