We are seeking a Medical Services Assistant to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. As a Clinic Administration Officer/Medical Screener, you will be responsible for managing various tasks and customer demands, including specimen collection and preliminary medical assessments.
About the Job
This full-time role involves working 38 hours per week, reporting directly to the Practice Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Specimen collection and preliminary medical assessments
2. Audiometry and spirometry testing
3. Reception and general administration duties
4. Processing medical bookings
5. Results management
6. Invoicing
Requirements
* Be well-organised and have great administration skills
* Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Have an 'eye' for detail and a desire to provide high-quality service
* Hold a current CPR Certificate and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
Previous medical/clinical experience and/or receptionist experience will be highly regarded; however, on-the-job training will be provided.
