You'll craft customer acquisition campaigns using our lead generation, content, and data products—all built for today's digital-first buyer.You'll work closely with our COO and leadership team, own relationships across key portfolios, and bring fresh ideas that make the new home buying journey smarter and more effective.What You'll DoMeet face-to-face with NSW property clients to understand their projects and build strategic marketing plans.Set appointments and pitch to developers, marketers, and media agencies.Collaborate with our product, content, and sales teams to design campaigns that drive measurable results.Help hit our sales and customer happiness targets—while keeping things fun and human.Represent Urban at industry events, project launches, and key meetings across the state.Act as the primary contact for all Urban clients in NSW.What You'll Bring3+ years of experience in media, tech, or advertising sales (bonus points for property sector experience).
Proven success setting meetings, running pitches, and smashing revenue targets.You're data-driven, results-focused, and not afraid to pick up the phone or jump on a plane.Strategic mindset—you can speak the language of marketplaces and help clients connect the dots.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.A collaborative, hands-on attitude.
